LocationLes Villas D’or is situated on the beautiful Cote D’or beac on Praslin Island. Cote D’or is a very secluded area providing the ideal holiday atmosphere and is exactly what tourists look for when coming to the Seychelles. The Villas are designed in an original architectural style with typical Creole roofs and wooden verandah decking which wonderfully blend in with nature. They are ideally situated to provide ‘Les pieds dans l’eau’ as the French would call it; and the waters are safe for swimming Les Villas D’Or comprise of two 2-bedroom villas and eight 1-bedroom villas all conceived for self catering and within the proximity of local shops as well as many reasonable priced dining areas. The two 2-bedroom villas consist of en-suite bathrooms with bidets, lounge, kitchenette and verandah overlooking the ocean. The eight 1-bedroom villas are also similarly conceived providing absolute independence and all the modern self-catering facilities. |
AmenitiesBookings are possible on Room Only; Bed & Breakfast or Full board. A tropical breakfast is served in respective villas on request. Guests dining out can book restaurants through the reception. Alternatively they can enjoy dinner at the Tante Mimi restaurant (Casino restaurant) which offers a variety of 7 different menus (with a choice of meat or fish for the main course). Transfer to and from the ‘Tante Mimi’ restaurant is free of charge. For those who enjoy walking the journey to ‘Tante Mimi’ restaurant is about 5 – 7 minutes walk. Laundry Service available 7 days a week, Beach Towels, Baby Sitting is available upon request (24 hrs in advance) and payable at an hourly rate, A cook can be provided on advance request. Management can also assist in purchase food provisions for guests. Recreation, Leisure & Sport Car Rental, Excursions and Diving can be organised through the reception and Bicycles are available to rent. Alternatively relax at the Swimming Pool, which is open between 7am – 7pm everyday. A casino is within walking distance. Otherwise free transfer is available on request through reception. |
Room facilitiesThe 2-bedroom villas measure 20sqm each with a 24sqm lounge and a 31sqm verandah. The 1-bedroom villas measure 15sqm each with an 18sqm lounge. All bedrooms feature safe, hairdryer and air-condition. Extra beds for children under 18 years and cots are available on request. The lounge is spacious and equipped with TV and VCR with a video library at the reception area. All lounges look out onto private verandas with a sea view. Electrical points are available in all rooms at voltage 240. |
