North Island

Location
The island had been uninhabited for over thirty years until it opened in April 2003 and is now a sanctuary for both wildlife and discerning travellers. Access to North Island is a 20 minute helicopter flights from Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles. Each of the 11 villas (450 square meters) has been creatively crafted from wood, stone and glass with ylang-ylang roofing. Four beaches located around the island ensure a superb year-round tropical beach and island experience. A team of craftsmen from Africa, Zanzibar and the Seychelles have created a fusion of cultures and architectural styles to produce a "Robinson Crusoe styled luxury paradise" unlike any other. |
