The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles offers 5 large and luxurious suites. These suites offer views of the Indian Ocean; located in the most dramatic parts of the resort they provide the same features and amenities as the one bedroom villas as a minimum. The master bedrooms of the suites feature a more elaborate bathroom than the standard villa.

Garden-View Villa (8 King and 2 Queen/Queen villas)

The Garden-View Villas are located in the lower section of the resort adjacent to Kannel Restaurant, Kannel Bar, the beach and a short walk from the Kaz Lobby, the ZEZ Restaurant and ZEZ Lounge and other resort facilities. These villas offer views of the surrounding tropical forest, the resort lagoon and manicured lawns around. They are ideal for those guests who travel with young children and/or prefer to be in close proximity to the resort facilities.

Ocean-View Villa (12 King and 4 Queen/Queen villas)

Identical to the Garden-View Villas in terms of layout, design, features and size, the Ocean-View Villas are located in the middle section of the resort and offer selected views of the Petite Anse Bay.

Hilltop Ocean-View Villa (34 King and 2 Queen/Queen villas)

The Hilltop Ocean-View Villas are located in the upper section of the resort and offer unforgettable picturesque views of the Petite Anse Bay combined with the incomparable beauty of the Indian Ocean and its shades of turquoise and blue. Offering the ultimate privacy and seclusion, these villas are ideal for those guests who look for a unique luxurious experience, comfort, relaxation and impressive views.

Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite (1 Suite)

This 524 sq.m (5,641 sq.ft) large duplex suite is located in the middle section of the resort’s South Hill overlooking the tropical forest and the Petite Anse Bay. It comprises three villas, all with the ocean view - two separate bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king and one with two queen beds and a third villa on the upper level with living and dining space for up to six persons; altogether they offer 211sq.m (2,271 sq.ft) of indoor living space and are interconnected through the 235 sq. m (2,530 sq.ft) exterior deck with a large pool and a whirlpool as its centrepoint (78 sq.m – 840 sq.ft) under open sky.

Hilltop Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite (2 Suites)

Identical in layout, features and design as the Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite, these 2 suites provide a larger living space with 229 sq.m (2,465sq.ft) with a total surface of 542 sq.m (5,835 sq.ft) inclusive of exterior deck size of 235 sq.m (2,530 sq.ft) and a swimming pool with a whirlpool at its centerpoint (78sq.m - 840 sq.ft). They provide for unrivalled views of the picturesque Petite Anse cove and the beauty of the surrounding waters of the Mahé Island. Located on the highest level of the Resort’s accommodations, they offer the ultimate striking views, seclusion and luxury.

Two-Bedroom Presidential Suite (1 Suite)

This stunning two-storey haven amidst the trees is located in the lower part of the resort,  just a short stroll away from the white-sand beach and offering supreme views of the Indian Ocean. Three separate pavilions stretch out over 734 sq.m (7901 sq.ft): a two-storey central structure for living and dining space is coupled with two separate one-storey bedroom pavilions at the lower level (1 king bedroom and 1 with two queen beds). The 256 sq.m (2,756 sq.ft) of indoor space is complemented by 399 sq. m (4295 sq.ft) of exterior deck ideal for entertaining and private functions. The suite design is enriched with water features and also accommodates a large 79 sq.m  (850sq.ft) swimming pool and whirlpool as its centerpoint.
