This resort is situated on Sihouette Island at The West of the main island Mahé and is reached by a boat transfer of 45 minutes.

The "Grande Caze Plantation House" is a restored Seychellois plantation home, serving traditional Creole cuisine on the terrace and in the gardens. A private dining room seating up to 8 persons offers an intimate setting. The "Grande Caze" experience fuses modern Seychellois spirit with the island’s colonial French and English heritage.

The Italian Restaurant offers Modern Italian cuisine. Air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor dining along the lake with views of Mount Dauban. Also features the island lounge bar.

The Grill & Teppanyaki prepares stunning grilled cuisine, highlighted by freshly caught local seafood. Striking interior design with Japanese influences.
