Location  

Nestled in the heart of paradise on the southern tip of Beau Vallon, le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove re-opened in June 2004.  The restored hotel features sweeping thatched roofs and use of local granite. The open air lobby which affords breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean, stands above the stylish bar and library beneath, with its natural surroundings. 

Its history dating back to the founding year of 1943, Fisherman's Cove is the first and most legendary Hotel in the Seychelles. 

The hotel comprises of 68 rooms which are tastefully furnished, offering a range of accommodation choices exceptionally stylish rooms and suites, but retaining many of the original features. Only king beds are available.

 Le Bourgeois

Experience a la carte fine dining whilst enjoying a unique panoramic view of Beau Vallon Bay. This restaurant is located on the sunset bayside of the hotel along a wooden deck promenade.  For pre-dinner drinks or late night cocktails, enjoy the settings of the Sunset bar which opens onto a wooden deck and pavilion. Complimentary tea/coffee and cakes in the afternoon is also served at the bar.  Cuisine: A la Carte  Hours: 19.00hrs – 22.30hrs

 Le Cocoloba Bar

Chill out with cool music and great sea view.  Le Cocoloba Bar is the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a la carte light snacks during the day, spontaneously sip tropical cocktails and watch the sun set.  Cuisine: Snacks Menu     Hours: 10.00hrs – midnight, 12.30hrs – 18.00hrs for a la carte light snacks

 Elemis Zen Spa

The resort features a Fitness & Spa centre comprising of gym, steam bath, plunge pool, and two double massage rooms with open air showers. The ‘Zen’ Spa has introduced its new ‘Elemis’ brand products offering a wide choice of beauty treatments and massage. ‘Elemis’ Zen Spa a magical place entirely dedicated to your beauty and well being.  The unique Ten Cultural Touches of Elemis are combined with the welcoming touch and awareness journey that brings you far beyond one’s expectations by achieving unsurpassed results.

In addition to that the spa offers 2 double treatment rooms with open-air shower, Steam Bath, Fully equipped gym, Plunge Pool

All non-motorized water sports such as canoeing, snorkeling equipments are offered at no extra costs to the guests.  A variety of water sport can also be arranged in the vicinity of the Beau Vallon Beach. The resort offers an outdoor swimming pool and outdoor tennis court with floodlight.
