The nine apartments consists of one luxury 3-bedroom apartment (150.1 m2) occupying the whole second floor. The master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds and a shared bathroom.

Three 2-bedroom apartments (105.8 m2), each with double bed and twin beds, and a shared bathroom.

Four Standard 1-bedroom apartments (67.5 m2), each with double bed and en suite bathroom.

One De Luxe 1-bedroom apartment (75.9 m2) with double bed and en suite bathroom.

The rooms have air condition as well as ceiling fan, modern kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, TV (satellite dish), DVD, telephone and internet, open plan living room and one electric safe deposit. Extra bed and cot are available upon request.
