Location

From a private and secluded eagle’s-nest location on a ridge of hills, Villas Latanier reign over the peace and serenity of pastoral southern Mahé’s picturesque valleys, allowing a breathtaking 180° view of the ocean on each side and of the opposing mountainside.

Within only five minutes drive from two of southern Mahé’s most attractive beaches and also with a supermarket, petrol station, bank, health clinic, spa, gym, several fine restaurants and a number of hotels all close by, the Villas Latanier location is, quite simply, superb.

The Villas Latanier consist of a main villa (300 m2) and a cottage (130 m2).

The main villa ((300 m2, 4 bedrooms, 6 persons maximum):

The free-form,  principal villa, conceived and designed by the owner, a prominent local architect, capitalizes masterfully on a majestic site with superb design characteristics that include a magnificent, traditional thatched roof, bedroom balcony, spacious terrace and swimming pool with gazebo.

This villa provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor with elegant master bedroom & en-suite bathroom on the floor above, adjacent to a large games room that features billiards and table tennis. A spacious dining area, elegantly furnished lounge and kitchen with breakfast bar complete the villa’s ambiance of refined comfort with a distinctly Creole touch.

The cottage (130 m2, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons maximum):

The 130 sq m neighbouring cottage villa offers one air-conditioned downstairs bedroom, another upstairs with fan, both with own bathroom, a kitchenette and lounge, all providing functionality in an atmosphere of intimate ease.
