The central dining and bar area allows guests to socialize alongside the sparkling pool and shoreline, with diverse cuisine inspired by the island atmosphere and complemented by a comprehensive wine list.
With the use of indigenous flora and fish, along with garden produce, our menus are built around freshness. Combining the influences of local Seychellois Creole and French cuisine, our dishes are inspired from all corners of the Indian Ocean.
In addition to the restaurant, private dinning can be arranged to allow guests to enjoy meals on the terrace of their Beach Bungalow or Beach Suite, on a special spot on the beach, or along the pool.
